Prerequisites
A mobile device with Android version 4.4 and up, or iOS 15 or later.
Please note: Mobile device is mandatory for Yum! 2 Factor Authentication. User needs to install Google Authenticator application on his/her mobile device. It cannot be installed on any computer. Steps are provided below for downloading and installing this application.

Following steps are for registering your mobile device with authenticator for the first time.
Step 1 - Search for Google Authenticator application
Open Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) on your mobile and search for 'Google Authenticator'. Click on the suggestion as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 2 - Download Google Authenticator
Click on GET button as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 3 - Install Google Authenticator
Click on Install button. (Depending on settings on the mobile device, it may ask for the access permissions for using camera. Click on ACCEPT button to grant the app permission to use camera.)
Step 4 - Google Authenticator installed successfully
Once the app is installed successfully, Google Authenticator's icon will be shown on your mobile device as shown in the screenshot. This application will be used in step 8.
Step 5 - Access the Yum! 2FA registration URL
Open a web browser and access the Yum! 2FA registration URL. This should display the login page as shown in the screenshot.
Step 6 - Specify your Yum! network credentials
Specify your Yum! ID and the password associated with it. User ID will be 7-digit network ID. Click the Sign in button.
Step 7 - QR code displayed
A QR code (Quick Response code) will be displayed on the screen if registration has not been done previously to Google Authenticator. The QR Code screen will be as shown in the screenshot.
Click on the continue button only after the QR code is successfully scanned on the mobile device. Next steps show how to scan QR code.
Please note that this QR code should be scanned only once.
Step 8 - Open Google Authenticator
To open Google Authenticator application, click on the Google Authenticator icon on your mobile device.
Step 9 - Get started
Click on 'Get started' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 10 - Use Authenticator without an account
Click on 'Use Authenticator without an account' option.
Step 11 - Open options
Click on plus ('+') icon present at the bottom right corner on the app.
Step 12 - Scan QR code
Click on the 'Scan a QR Code' option. This will open the camera on your device. Just hold your mobile device in front of the computer such that camera will face the computer screen. It will automatically scan the QR code on computer screen which was shown in step 7.
Step 13 - Click on Continue on computer screen
Once the scan is successfully completed, click on the checkbox as shown in the screenshot and then click on Continue button on computer screen.
Step 14 - OTP (One Time Password) Screen
Google Authenticator application will display OTP (One Time Password) as shown in the screenshot.
Step 15 - Enter the OTP (One Time Password) displayed
On the computer screen, enter the OTP (One Time Password) displayed by Google Authenticator and then click Submit button. OTP (One Time Password) changes after every 30 seconds. For few mobile phones, user may need to touch the screen while on the app, to generate new code.
Step 16 - Authentication
If the authentication is successful, that would mean that the device is successfully registered.
The following steps are for users who have already registered one mobile device and want to register additional mobile devices (a user can have multiple mobile devices registered with Authenticator).
Important Note: If existing Authenticator that was registered is not accessible, open an incident ticket with Global IAM Support (YRIUP@yum.com) for assistance with the registration process.
Step 1 - Search Google Authenticator application
Open Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) on your mobile device (additional mobile device which you want to register with 2FA) and search for 'Google Authenticator'. The results will be as shown in the screenshot. Click on the app as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 2 - Download Google Authenticator
Click on Install button as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 3 - Accept Access Request
For some users, it will ask for the access permissions depending on settings on the mobile device. If you see this popup, click on ACCEPT button as highlighted in the screenshot. It will start the download. Please wait for few seconds. Once the app is downloaded, it will get installed automatically.
Step 4 - Google Authenticator installed successfully
Once the app is installed successfully, Google Authenticator's icon will be shown on your mobile device as shown in the screenshot. This application will be used in step 8.
Step 5 - Access the Yum! 2FA URL to add new device
Open a web browser and access the Yum! 2FA URL to register additional device. This should display the login page as shown in the screenshot.
Step 6 - Specify your Yum! network credentials
Specify your Yum! ID and the password associated with it. User ID will be 7-digit network ID.
Step 7 - Enter the OTP (One Time Password)
Open Google Authenticator application on existing registered mobile device. It will show an OTP (One Time Password). Enter this OTP on the computer screen as shown in the screenshot. Click continue.
Step 8 - QR code displayed
A QR code (Quick Response code) will be displayed on the computer screen. The QR Code screen will be as shown in the screenshot.
Click on the continue button, only after the QR code is successfully scanned on the new device. Next steps show how to scan QR code.

Step 9 - Open Google Authenticator

Step 10 - Get started

Step 11 - Use Authenticator without an account

Step 12 - Open Options

Once the scan is successfully completed, click on the checkbox as shown in the screenshot and then click on Continue button on computer screen.

Step 16 - Enter the OTP (One Time Password)
On the computer screen, enter the OTP (One Time Password) displayed by Google Authenticator and then click Submit button. OTP (One Time Password) changes after every 30 seconds. For few mobile phones, user may need to touch the screen while on the app, to generate new code.
Step 17 - Authentication
If the authentication is successful, that would mean that the device is successfully registered.
This activity needs to be done when asked by support team.
Step 1 - Open Google Authenticator
To open Google Authenticator application, click on the Google Authenticator icon on your mobile device.
Step 2 - Tap and hold the account to be deleted
Existing account(s) will be shown as shown in the screenshot. Tap and hold for 2 seconds on the account name which you want to delete from the app.
Step 3 - Click on the edit icon
Click on the edit icon as shown in the screenshot.
Step 4 - Click on the delete icon
Click on the delete icon as shown in the screenshot.
Step 5 - Click on Remove account
Click on the Remove account option as shown in the screenshot. Click here to get details of how to register again.
REGISTER NEW 2FA DEVICE
Step 1 - Search for Microsoft Authenticator application
Open Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) on your mobile and search for 'Microsoft Authenticator'. Click on the suggestion as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 2 - Download Microsoft Authenticator
Click on GET button as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 3 - Install Microsoft Authenticator
Click on Install button. (Depending on settings on the mobile device, it may ask for the access permissions for using camera. Click on ACCEPT button to grant the app permission to use camera.)
Step 4 - Microsoft Authenticator installed successfully
Once the app is installed successfully, microsoft Authenticator's icon will be shown on your mobile device as shown in the screenshot.

Step 13 - Proceed to Add account
Click on 'Add account' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 14 - Choose account type
Click on 'Work or school account' option.
Step 15 - Select method to add account
Click on 'Scan QR code' option.
Step 16 - Scan QR code

Step 4 - Click on the account to be deleted
Existing account(s) will be shown as shown in the screenshot. Click on the account which you want to remove from the app.
Step 5 - Click on the settings icon
Click on the settings icon as shown in the screenshot.
Step 6 - Click on Remove account
Click on the Remove account option as shown in the screenshot.
Step 7 - Click on the continue option
Click on the continue, as shown in the screenshot.
Step 8 - Account removed successfully
Account will be removed and if there is no other account present in the authenticator app, it will show the screen as shown here.

To open Duo mobile Authenticator application, click on the Duo mobile icon on your mobile device.
Step 2 - Click on the 3 dots to edit
Click on the 3 dots to edit as shown in the screenshot.
Step 3 - Click on Delete
Click on the Delete option as shown in the screenshot.
Step 4 - Delete confirmation Popup
Click on the Delete option, as shown in the screenshot.
Step 5 - Account removed successfully
Account will be removed and if there is no other account present in the authenticator app, it will show the screen as shown here.
REGISTER NEW 2FA DEVICE
Step 1 - Search for Duo mobile application
Open Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) on your mobile and search for 'Duo Mobile'. Click on the suggestion as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 2 - Download Duo mobile application
Click on GET button as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 3 - Install Duo mobile application
Click on Install button. (Depending on settings on the mobile device, it may ask for the access permissions for using camera. Click on ACCEPT button to grant the app permission to use camera.)
Step 4 - Duo mobile installed successfully
Once the app is installed successfully, duo mobile icon will be shown on your mobile device as shown in the screenshot.
Step 5 - Access the Yum! 2FA registration URL
Open a web browser and access the Yum! 2FA registration URL. This should display the login page as shown in the screenshot.
Step 6 - Specify your Yum! network credentials
Specify your Yum! ID and the password associated with it. User ID will be 7-digit network ID. Click the Sign in button.
Step 7 - QR code displayed
A QR code (Quick Response code) will be displayed on the screen if registration has not been done previously to Duo Authenticator. The QR Code screen will be as shown in the screenshot.
Click on the continue button only after the QR code is successfully scanned on the mobile device. Next steps show how to scan QR code.
Please note that this QR code should be scanned only once.
Step 8 - Open Duo mobile
To open Duo Authenticator application, click on the Duo Authenticator icon on your mobile device.
Step 9 - Click on Continue
Click on the Continue option as shown in the screenshot.
Step 10 - Click on 'Use a QR code'
Click on 'Use a QR code' option as shown in the screenshot.
Step 11 - Allow camera access
Click on 'Allow' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 12 - Scan QR code
Click on the 'Scan a QR Code' option.This will open the camera on your device. Just hold your mobile device in front of the computer such that camera will face the computer screen. It will automatically scan the QR code on computer screen which was shown in step 7.
Step 13 - Click on Next

Step 15 - Enter display name
Enter display name as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 16 - Account linked
Click on 'Next' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 17 - Set password
After Setting password, Click on 'Next' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 18 - Account added successfully
Once account added successfully, Click on 'ok' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 19 - Click on 'Turn off'
Click on 'Turn off' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 20 - Click on 'Show password'
Click on 'Show password' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 21 - Click on 'Show'
Click on 'Show' to see password as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 22 - OTP (One Time Password) Screen
Duo mobile application will display OTP (One Time Password) as shown in the screenshot.
Step 23 - Click on Continue on computer screen
Once the scan is successfully completed, click on the checkbox as shown in the screenshot and then click on Continue button on computer screen.
Step 24 - Enter the OTP (One Time Password) displayed
On the computer screen, enter the OTP (One Time Password) displayed by Microsoft Authenticator and then click Submit button. OTP (One Time Password) changes after every 30 seconds. For few mobile phones, user may need to touch the screen while on the app, to generate new code.
Step 25 - Authentication
If the authentication is successful, that would mean that the device is successfully registered.
The following steps are for users who have already registered one mobile device and want to register additional mobile devices (a user can have multiple mobile devices registered with Authy Authenticator).
Important Note: If existing Authy Authenticator that was registered is not accessible, open an incident ticket with Global IAM Support (YRIUP@yum.com) for assistance with the registration process.
Step 1 - Search for Duo Authenticator application

Step 3 - Install Duo Authenticator

Step 4 - Duo Authenticator installed successfully
Once the app is installed successfully, duo Authenticator's icon will be shown on your mobile device as shown in the screenshot.
Step 5 - Access the Yum! 2FA URL to add new device
Open a web browser and access the Yum! 2FA URL to register additional device. This should display the login page as shown in the screenshot.
Step 6 - Specify your Yum! network credentials
Specify your Yum! ID and the password associated with it. User ID will be 7-digit network ID.
Step 7 - Enter the OTP (One Time Password)
Open Duo Authenticator application on existing registered mobile device. It will show an OTP (One Time Password). Enter this OTP on the computer screen as shown in the screenshot. Click continue.
Step 8 - QR code displayed
A QR code (Quick Response code) will be displayed on the computer screen. The QR Code screen will be as shown in the screenshot.
Click on the continue button, only after the QR code is successfully scanned on the new device. Next steps show how to scan QR code.

Step 9 - Open Duo Authenticator
Click on the Duo Authenticator icon on your mobile device (additional mobile device which you want to register with 2FA).
Step 10 - Allow notifications
Click on 'Allow' as highlighted in the screenshot. This pop-up may or may not be shown, depending on the settings of mobile device. Go to the next steps if you see a different screen.
Step 11 - privacy statement
Click on 'Accept' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 12 - Click on Continue
Click on 'Continue' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 13 - Click on Skip
Click on 'Skip' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 14 - Proceed to add account
Click on 'Add account' as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 15 - Choose account type
Click on 'Work or school account' option.
Step 16 - Select method to add account
Click on 'Scan QR code' option.
Step 17 - Scan QR code

Step 24 - Click on Continue on computer screen
Once the scan is successfully completed, click on the checkbox as shown in the screenshot and then click on Continue button on computer screen.

Step 26 - Authentication
If the authentication is successful, that would mean that the device is successfully registered.
This activity needs to be done when asked by support team.
Step 1 - Open Twilio Authy mobile application
To open Authy application, click on the Authy mobile icon on your mobile device.
Step 2 - Click on the 3 dots to edit

Step 5 - Account removed successfully
Account will be removed and if there is no other account present in the authenticator app, it will show the screen as shown here.
